Staff Transportation from point-to-point
- We facilitate point-to-point transportation schedule for our staff so as to mitigate the late arrival of staff at their work places; especially those who cannot afford vehicle of their own during their tenure with us.
- Our mileage reimbursement program helps those who use their own vehicle at work to recover GAS expense at the end of every month.
Periodic Visitation
In agreement with our clients and staff, Deematech Solutions Home Care Staffing Coordinator will pay a visit once a month to assess the facilitate, working relationship between our staff and client and bring forth as to how to improve our services if a need is found.Emergency Respond Team
Our emergency respond team works closely with the nearest clinics or hospitals within the environment where our client live. Team will be contacted by staff if client's condition becomes critical. Staff are trained to contact primary doctors first to seek advice and work with senior nurse on duty.Our 24/7 Respond Team also ensures that there is always a floater to proxy for any of our staff who is unable to go to work or staff that needs to take off due of personal issues. One phone call, can get a replacement within a minute.
