For over five (5) years of experience as Home Care Facilitators, we have perceived that home and health care facilities have been overloaded with tremendous amount of work due to the shortage of trained and professional staffs. As the result, home health and nursing home facilities struggle on a daily basis trying to recruit the right professionals.In order to mitigate work loads and provide proper staffing solutions to the large growing health industry (hospitals, home health facilities and home cares) in our communities, we embarked upon the establishment of Deematech Solutions Home Care Staffing Agency in March 2007 as an arm to promoting you or your loved one's strength and independence - spiritually, emotionally, physically, and mentally. It is our vision to provide proper caring that will meet and exceed the needs of the elderly, who wish to remain in their homes.
Since our establishment, we have grown from a room to an entire office; from one service to more than ten services; from 2 employees to 5 employees and with over 25 contractors which includes: Register Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Home Care Aides (HCA). We believe our vision has established a high quality standard and provided the kind of services that allows our physically and mentally disabled to be treated humanely and with dignity. It is our goal and objective to provide motivation with a desire to serve your family in the comfort and security of your home.
